ISS Finalizes Warehouse Expansion Over the past few months, ISS was able to negotiate the takeover of the neighboring office to double both our warehouse and office space! With the additional warehouse space we will be able to carry more of the products you need and have them ready to ship upon order. The new office space will be used for additional sales and operational staff, as well as a room with fully functional EAS systems set up for display! ISS Unveils Online Ordering Platform Last month, ISS unveiled its online ordering platform which allows customers to quickly and easily place orders! Each customer is assigned a personalized login and password that will generate an order form that contains the exact products and pricing from the past. The customer will then input the quantity needed of each product and click “Submit”! IT’S THAT EASY! ISS Continues 401k Profit Sharing In 2014, ISS Management decided to start an annual profit sharing program with its employees. Not only did this provide a great reward to employees for their dedication, but it also encouraged employees to open and utilize a 401k plan and invest in their futures. The Mid-States Distributing Company, Inc.’s mission is to increase member’s operating profit through increased sales, lower costs, differentiation, efficiency and service. Attendees are comprised of independently owned and operated farm and ranch retailers and can own anywhere from one store to over 150 locations! ISS Welcomes Sissy Scruggs At the start of the year, ISS decided to move in the direction of growing our Service Department by adding a New VP of Operations and a New Technical Support Manager. With the success this expansion has brought to the company, the ISS team has decided to add Sissy Scruggs to be our Director of Business Development! Sissy will be focusing on creating new growth in Recycled Source Tagging Programs and new EAS programs as well.
