ISS Welcomes Sissy Scruggs At the start of the year, ISS decided to move in the direction of growing our Service Department by adding a New VP of Operations and a New Technical Support Manager. With the success this expansion has brought to the company, the ISS team has decided to add Sissy Scruggs to be our Director of Business Development! Sissy will be focusing on creating new growth in Recycled Source Tagging Programs and new EAS programs as well. She has worked in the loss prevention industry for over 20 years and we are excited to add her knowledge

ISS Purchases Anna’s Linens EAS Equipment Attention All ISS Customers: As many of you know, Anna’s Linens recently went bankrupt and had to liquidate all of their stores. This is an unfortunate event for Anna’s and all of their employees and we wish them all the best of luck in their future endeavors. With that being said, the ISS Purchasing Department was able to acquire the majority of the EAS equipment in liquidation! Statistics from NRF 2015 With the conclusion of NRF, the team at ISS would like to share some of the main focus points that were brought up. In an article written by Kathy Grannis Allen of nrf.com, she discusses the results of a new study that was released from NRF PROTECT. The study surveyed 100 senior loss prevention executives from various sectors of retail, spanning 45 countries, in March and April 2015. According to the study, “retailers say inventory shrink averaged 1.38 percent of retail sales, or $44 billion, in 2014”. (APFI) is a non-stock, non-profit, and independent Philippine foundation that provides underprivileged children quality education, health services and medical attention. This foundation was formed to address the sad plight of many of the children of this county where poverty and inadequate government support stifle their futures. Help ISS Donate to the Beagle Freedom Project The president of ISS, Dave Sandoval, recently came across a great cause that he felt compelled to become involved with. Arme’s Beagle Freedom Project is an organization dedicated to helping free laboratory animals from facilities where they endure horrendous treatment. In the organizations short history, it has successfully rescued hundreds of beagles, but it has also freed hundreds of cats, rabbits, ponies, pigs, goats and even goldfish from research facilities in 35 states and 4 countries!
