ISS Field Service Technician

Job Summary: As a Field Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites to troubleshoot EAS and CCTV equipment, perform required tuning/repairs, and answer any questions the customer may have.

Additional Responsibilities include:

– Interacting with company management and other personnel to analyze and correct any equipment performance issues
– Checking all pertinent equipment components
– Completing field service reports
– Installing and setting up new equipment
– Completing and submitting weekly expense reports

Experience and Qualifications:

– College work/degree or equivalent hands-on job experience A PLUS
– Driver’s license, insurance required
– Ability to lift at least 75 pounds independently
– Ability to maneuver a job site, including small space around our equipment
– Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
